According to insiders from the team there might have been issues on the offensive end.
He will be replaced for the team by american player Andrew Feeley.

In the defeat of Nancy against Hyeres Toulon 92-78 in french Pro A league, Saidou Njoya has scored 3 points and made 1 assist in 3 minutes of game time.
Victor Samnick has recorded 2 points and 1 rebound with 2 assists in 9 minutes in the defeat of his team ASVEL against Le Mans 68-80

In only his second game with new team Brest (French pro B) replacing the injured Brice Vounang, Gaston Essengue led all scorers with 20 points on a perfect 10/10 field goals to help his team win its second victory against team Charleville-Mezieres. Essengue played last season in Holland averaging 7,7 pts and 5,1 rbds in 17 minutes. This past summer he was one of the leaders for the national cameroonian team. We wish him the best with his new team
